Terms of service

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

Welcome to REVENANT. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the REVENANT website, including your purchase of products and services through our online store.

REVENANT operates this store and website, which is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform and tools that allow us to offer our products and services to customers.

Throughout these Terms, "REVENANT," "we," "us," and "our" refer to REVENANT. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to anyone who accesses our website or purchases products from REVENANT.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. ABOUT REVENANT

REVENANT is a premium gym apparel company based in Fresno, California.

Our website and online store are operated by REVENANT and hosted through Shopify.

Purchases made directly through REVENANT are transactions between you and REVENANT. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or sales platforms may also be subject to the terms and procedures of those platforms.

2. ACCESS AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You may use the REVENANT website for lawful purposes only.

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purposes.

  • Interfere with the operation, functionality, or security of the website.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or information without authorization.

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse REVENANT's content, designs, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.

  • Transmit viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.

  • Use automated systems to access, scrape, or collect information from the website in violation of applicable law or our website restrictions.

  • Interfere with another customer's ability to use the website.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to another person without our permission.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary, including when these Terms are violated.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, materials, and other product information.

However, actual product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations.

Product measurements may also have minor manufacturing variations.

We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed on your screen.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information and to update product descriptions when necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices are displayed on the REVENANT website at the time of purchase.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors or other circumstances permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be presented during checkout.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, or make changes to our product offerings.

Promotions and special offers may have additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that offer, to the extent permitted by law.

5. PRE-ORDERS

Certain REVENANT products may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order products are not immediately available for shipment. Pre-order quantities help determine the amount of product REVENANT orders from its manufacturer.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page:

  • The pre-order period may remain open for approximately 1–2 months.

  • Production is expected to begin after the pre-order period closes.

  • Pre-order products are estimated to ship approximately 8–12 weeks after the pre-order period closes.

  • The total time between placing a pre-order and shipment may therefore be longer than 8–12 weeks.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, quality control, transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should carefully review the applicable product page and Shipping Policy before placing a pre-order.

If REVENANT becomes unable to ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any required delay notice and cancellation or refund options under applicable law.

6. PRE-ORDER SALES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because pre-order products are produced based on quantities ordered during the pre-order period, pre-orders are considered final sale for customer-initiated change-of-mind returns or cancellations, subject to applicable law.

Customer-initiated change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not accepted for pre-orders for reasons including:

  • Changing your mind.

  • Ordering the wrong size or color.

  • No longer wanting the product.

  • Failing to review the size chart before ordering.

  • Personal preferences regarding fit or appearance.

Pre-order size exchanges may be permitted, subject to availability and the applicable conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If a requested replacement size is unavailable, customers may choose to wait for a restock. A change-of-mind refund will not be provided solely because a replacement size is temporarily unavailable, except where required by law.

Pre-orders remain subject to applicable protections for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled products and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights required by applicable shipping and consumer protection laws, including rules concerning delayed shipments.

7. IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

In-stock products are products available for fulfillment at the time of purchase.

Eligible in-stock products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn and unwashed.

  • Is unused and undamaged.

  • Is free from stains, odors, or signs of use beyond reasonable try-on.

  • Remains in its original condition.

  • Has its original tags attached.

Original shipping packaging is not required unless otherwise stated in our return instructions.

There is no standard restocking fee for eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless the return involves a qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

For complete conditions and instructions, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact REVENANT as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If the issue qualifies under our Returns & Refunds Policy, we may provide an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to availability and applicable law.

REVENANT will cover applicable return and replacement shipping costs for qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

REVENANT reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Inventory or availability issues.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Technical errors.

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Other circumstances permitted by law.

An order is generally accepted when REVENANT confirms the order and successfully processes payment.

If we cannot accept or must cancel an order after payment has been received, any required refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

We may attempt to notify you of an order change or cancellation using the contact information provided at checkout.

You represent that purchases made through our website are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

10. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Payments are processed through Shopify and other third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you authorize REVENANT and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate.

REVENANT does not directly store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, fulfillment, and delivery procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through the applicable shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery dates and transit estimates are not guaranteed by REVENANT.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen events.

For pre-orders, customers acknowledge that additional fulfillment time is required because products are produced after the pre-order period closes.

Any shipping delay, cancellation, or refund obligations required by applicable law will be honored.

For additional information, please review our Shipping Policy.

12. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Applicable sales tax and other required taxes will be calculated and collected when required by law.

The amount of tax charged may vary depending on the customer's shipping address and applicable tax requirements.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges where applicable.

13. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the REVENANT Returns & Refunds Policy.

That policy explains:

  • Eligible in-stock returns and the 30-day return period.

  • Pre-order final-sale conditions.

  • Size exchange requirements.

  • Return shipping responsibilities.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Refund processing and payment methods.

  • Special conditions for REVPACK bundle purchases.

For REVPACK purchases, standard change-of-mind refunds generally require the entire bundle to be returned, including all three products and the exclusive box, in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

By purchasing from REVENANT, you acknowledge that the applicable return conditions are available for review before completing your purchase.

14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers who wish to request an order cancellation should contact REVENANT as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the status of the order.

An order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Pre-order cancellation requests are subject to the conditions described in Section 6 and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will be honored.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact REVENANT so we have an opportunity to investigate and help resolve the matter.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, REVENANT may provide relevant records to the payment processor or financial institution, including:

  • Order information.

  • Payment records.

  • Customer communications.

  • Shipping information.

  • Tracking information.

  • Delivery confirmation.

  • Relevant policy information.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights provided by applicable law or their payment provider.

If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer and take appropriate action, including cancellation and any required refund, as permitted by applicable law.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and maintain our website.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any express or implied warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any product warranty expressly provided by REVENANT will apply according to its stated terms.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REVENANT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

This may include loss of profits, loss of data, or other indirect losses, where such limitations are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protection rights and remedies.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVENANT, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from REVENANT's own conduct or where such an obligation cannot legally be imposed.

24. PRIVACY

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

REVENANT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, products, services, or legal obligations.
